Job description
- You will be responsible for the production day by day and report direct to Site Manager.
- As Manager you will be responsible for completion of the project and the supervision of work to all teams of workers ( assembly and montage) .
- You will be the person responsible for ensuring correct compliance with the rules and procedures on working conditions, the environment and safety and for saving costs on hours and outsourcing.
- You will contribute to coming up with improvements and implementing them in the site.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Naval Engineer on Hull - for a position of Production Manager Oman DryDoc Shipyard
- At least 5 years experience in managing production workers in a shipbuilding environmen. Experience to assembly or montage - preferable in DMHI Mangalia Shipyard, or other RO shipyards
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Very good communication skills in English
- Available - immediate
