Sous Chef – up to 26k per annum – live in accommodation provided – East Sussex
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and driven Sous Chef. You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure that our food maintains the highest quality.

Duties & responsibilities
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Excellent English language skills
• Enhance customers’ culinary experience while keeping up high quality
• Submit ideas for new menu items
• Provide feedback regarding the food quality
• Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Alongside the Head Chef Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish
• Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items
• Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items
Requirements
• 1-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
• Strong passion for the art of food design
