Restaurant managers are responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all of the daily functions within their department, as well as the staff members who carry out these functions. This not only includes monitoring the service of food and drinks to guests and customers, but also knowledge of labor laws and health compliance regulations, customer satisfaction, , and may even be include payroll. Restaurant managers must also have a the capability of handling sudden situations that arise, such as staff or customer complaints, lack of inventory, lack of staff members, and even firing and replacing staff members.
Education: Good experience in Hospitality industry for 5 years and above with bachelor’s degree in Hotel management / Catering High ;certificates, associate's degrees and bachelor's degrees in this field.
