- Minimum few years experience as recruiter / sourcer/researcher
- Dutch well and very well English skills
- Experience within sourcing workers, hospitality or medical staff
- A sense of integrity, responsibility and flexible attitude
- Well-grounded administratively and organized
- IT skills: email, whatsapp, social networks
- Hè or she knows the dutch rules, And uwv it would be great
