We are looking for candidates for a very attractive job position as a Head Waiter in Abu Dhabi, in a 5 starts Lounge with VIP guests
Are you curious about what this role implies?
As an experienced food and beverage professional, the head waiter is responsible for leading the service in their assigned section of the First Class Lounge. The Head Waiter takes the guest through the dining experience from start to finish.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Reporting to the Manager Lounges Front of House and the F&B Duty Manager on a shift basis, the Head Waiter is responsible for service delivery in their section.
• Engage lounge guests and consistently provide excellence in customer service.
• Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to lounge guests to the exacting standards detailed in training and or as directed by the Manager - Front of House.
• Guide and coach junior staff to ensure the best dining experience for guests.
• Complete additional duties based on assigned section of the lounge or as directed by a supervisor or manager. Duties may include preparation of equipment/supplies, light lifting and cleaning of equipment.
• May occasionally be required to work in alternate locations, including special events.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety levels in compliance with all internal company and governing body standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety and security in the lounges, in line with corporate requirements, local civil aviation, government legislation and international standards.
Salary Details:
Basic = 5000 AED
Housing = 2400 AED
General = 500 AED
Food Allowance = 350 AED
TOTAL = 8250 AED = 2100 EUR
