- Analyzing and solving customers` complaints
- Issuing financial corrections
- Handling customer inquiries received via phone and e-mail
- Customer asset management
- 0-2 years’ work-related experience in billing, accounting, customer service or similar experience in customer service, billing, accounting is a plus
- Polish native level
- English medium/ advanced level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Passionate to work in a team and engaging well in a multi-cultural environment across multiple countries
