Personnel organizer (housing/transport)

For our technical department, we are looking for a new colleague to deal with organizing /coordinating the workers on matters related to:

- housing / accommodation (planning the available rooms according to necessity)
- transport (arranging transportation means for people to go to work/ test sites etc)
- acting as contact person for all workers in the designated area on problems related to: housing/ transport/ salary/ etc;
- arranging flight tickets;
- arranging pick-up from airport;
- arranging protective equipment for workers;
- planning testing / exams for workers

We offer:
- 2050 eur salary gross/ month
- accommodation option in single room for 130 eur/week (if desired)
- car, laptop, phone

Cerinte:

- English language conversational;
- Ability to use computer for daily work and reporting;
- Driving license B; clean record;
