Role:
-Responsible for the following; working on client projects executing and revising their plans
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and trying to extend or renew contracts where possible
-Resolve Troubleshoot simple technical issues through a solutions orientated approach

-Native-level of German and English
-1+ years’experience in a Customer Service position
-Essential the successful candidate has excellent computers skills
