INNOVATION & DEVELOPEMENT PROJECT MANAGER – PLASTICS INJECTION MOLDING

3P Performance Plastics Products is an innovating French group with an international focus. We are developing and manufacturing inventive solutions in high-performance plastics for the most critical applications of sensitive industrial markets such as Automotive, Aerospace or Oil & Gas.
With subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and in the USA, 3P is able to transform numerous plastics materials (PTFE, PEEK, PCTFE, PFA, FEP…) to create technical components with unique specificities.
For the Automotive market, 3P works with the biggest automotive makers and suppliers in order to create customized technical solutions which answer our customers’ needs. With more than 50 years of experience, we now possess a very strong expertise in this field.
In order to keep on developing this expertise, we are looking for a Project Manager with strong skills in Plastics Injection Molding that will complete our Innovation & Development team.

Missions :

1) Manage different projects from start to finish:

As a project manager and injection molding specialist, you ensure the design and development of technical components in all the steps from their design to the production launch. Among these steps:
- Feasibility analysis of the project.
- Prototypes design and validation.
- The molds manufacturing coordination with our subcontractors.
- The choice of the manufacturing process, as a support for the Industrialization team.
- The follow-up of all testing phases.
You also ensure the respect of the quality, deadlines, costs and cost prices specifications of each project.

2) Lead and coordinate your Project Teams

You are supported in all your missions by project teams that you will design and develop according to the needs of each project and lead for as long as they last You will work in tight collaboration with sales engineers, materials experts and quality, methods, industrialization, planning or management control teams.

3) Develop a technical industrial expertise

The project managers is also the preferred technical referent of 3P and its customers for all issues in their field of expertise: they strengthen and develop the group relationship with the customers by offering a proactive technical support and by developing a long term partnership with the technical department of said-customers.

Cerinte:

- Master diploma minimum, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Plastics Industry.
- Proven knowledge of the injection molding processes.
- Abilities to work within a team and to be a real source of development for your company.
- Fluent English is a necessity. French will be a real plus.

Remuneration is negociable according to the profile of the candidate.
