Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Start up to capture the business and it’s Infor M3 environment with related applications , supported and guided by the ERP/IT manager ,and reporting to the Group ERP/IT manager
• Further potential to grow in supporting the Infor M3 ERP system and related applications for the Group of discrete manufacturing entities in Slovakia, Belgium and Romania
• Play a key role on one or more project teams, executing major technology initiatives like enterprise system software implementation, upgrades and/or process improvement objectives. Typical responsibilities include leading business process design discussions, requirements gathering, gap analysis, technical writing for functional design documents and/or test cases, system configuration & testing, data migration, report design & development, end user training and additional support & duties as required.
• Ensure the system stability on the entire process flow , from the servers at the hosting partner, their operating software and controls, the data and storage capacity, the network, the interfaces , up and unlimited to the M3 end user including eliminating bugs, and speeding up processes in the transaction registrations
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables according the Company’s needs
• Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide system recommendations.
• Prepare the roll out of M3 in Romania as well as organizing the It environment in the Romania sites.

• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and company satisfaction
Required Skills and Abilities
• Experience with IT management /hard and software methodology/ MS / programming knowledge
• 2+ years of experience with Tier 1 ERP application , preferably with Infor M3 or oracle or SAP or equivalent
• Programming knowledge in .NET or other related programming languages (Java knowledge is advantage )
• Good knowledge on supply chain (APICS certification or trained is an advantage )
• Fluent English language
• Driven for solutions with a positive mindset
• Management capacities
Minimum Education/Certification
• Educational Experience: master degree in IT / IT engineering / or similar level by experience
