Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Life Science

My Client is major International Life Science executive search recruitment agency, based in City of London, who are looking to train a Fluent French/English speaking, well-educated, articulate, individual - who possesses excellent relationship building and communication skills, who would like to build a long term career within a professional recruitment agency.

You will have access to one of the strongest development programs the industry has to offer. You will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment by one of the senior Directors of the company. During the placement year, you will be working with a Senior/Principal Consultant and tasked with finding suitable candidates for open job vacancies across Europe. You will be rewarded with bonuses for every placement that you make during your placement year and if successful then you may also be introduced to client management and business development with a long term career path mapped out well in to the future.

As a trainee recruitment consultant (researcher / Resourcer), you will work along side a Senior/Principle Consultant and be put through an intensive training program to develop your skill set as quickly as possible. Your focus will be on aiding assignments, researching and selecting top level talent within the Life Science industry.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

- - Degree Educated (Life Science degree would be helpful but not essenitial)
