Contract Management Specialist

Descriere:

Maintaining complex contract management specific tasks according to defined service level agreements for allocated contract management services without guidance and monitoring for daily activity and for project activities, respecting the principles and rules in place;
Managing independently all the processes and the documents flow requested by law or the internal procedures for the contract management segment managed and according to the SAP procedures and according to assigned access rights;
Applying independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements and gives guidance to more junior colleagues for problem solving / issue resolution;
Performing extraordinary requests from beneficiary;
Supporting the identification of potential risks in area of expertise and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.

Cerinte:

University degree or higher in respective discipline or equivalent education along with solid occupational experience in the related field;
Very Good command of English (written and spoken);
Solid skills in contract management, in data management and reporting;
Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook);
Very good knowledge and application of SAP transactions related to own area of activity and general knowledge of SAP transactions applicable on team level;
Very good knowledge of contract management applications / transactions used in own activity and general knowledge of commercial management on department level;
Good knowledge of processes, roles and responsibilities on team level ;
Good understanding of functional relations and interdependencies;
Solid communication, negotiation and interaction skills, decision taker and promoter of management decisions, good presentation skills;
7 years overall working experience and minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in the area;
Intermediate project management skills.
