Mechanical Project Manager
Location: United Kingdom/Europe

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Manager the successful candidate will:

> To manage all aspects of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
> Project Planning
> Project Execution
> Project Coordination; Coordination Drawing Production.
> Project Commissioning & Handover
> Managing Building Management Systems Subcontractors
> Managing Direct Labour Force and Subcontractors
> Project Cost Control
> Project Cash Control
> Project Valuations
> HVAC Subcontractor Cost Management, Monthly certification & payment
> RIAI & GDLA form of contracts and their application.
> Pricing & submitting Variations/Change Orders & maintaining Variation/Change Order Schedules
> Final Accounts Preparation, Negotiation & agreement
> LPHW, Chilled Water, Process pipework, compressed air & gas pipework costing.
> Insurance & tax in the construction industry.

Cerinte:

Candidate Profile:

~ A Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
~ 5 years experience in the field of mechanical contracting including some experience in a similar role.
~ Must be computer literate as appropriate to the role - Minimum Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project.
~ It would be an advantage if the candidate could do planning using Primavera and/or MS Project.
