Your responsibilities
• Develop new reporting solutions using any of the standardized reporting / analytics toolset
• Perform analytical tasks which involve the complete chain of data acquisition, cleansing, manipulation, analysis and presentation
• Continuous improvement of the reporting infrastructure (data warehouse / BI toolset / infrastructure)
• Interact with business stakeholders to communicate complex information in understandable business orientated language
• Capture, document and translate business objectives into technical requirements and schedule tasks to be completed
• Support the continued growth of the company through a clear understanding of our market space and strategic goals
• Ensure continued company-wide integration of analytical services through regular contact with our global teams

Cerinte:

Your profile
• Master’s degree with a technical focus or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated technical ability and willingness to pick up new technologies and techniques
• Clear communication and analytical skills; this means the ability to work with a varied set of tasks over complex data sets and provide clear communication to different business stakeholders
• Strong experience / knowledge of BI technologies (e.g. Pentaho, Tableau, Qlikview, BIRT, R, Excel)
• Strong experience / knowledge of database and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, Hadoop)
• Java / programming skills would be considered an advantage but not essential
• Experience working in a complex enterprise data environment would be considered an advantage but not essential
• Experience / knowledge of the financial and FX industry is helpful but not essential
• Must be located in Germany, or willing to come to Germany ( on your own expenses – the company doesn’t help with relocation)
