Your duties are:
• Search for suitable applicants (nurses / male – nurses, midwifes) via internet, Facebook, or state employment agency
• Support for presentation days in your home country to present the company and show job perspectives (together with the avanti staff)
• Support to find suitable language institutes in your home country in order to ensure a good and qualitative teaching of German
• Support to the candidates, to translate at presentation days or at skype interviews

We offer:
• Payment of a commission if a candidate is compulsorily recruited
• Bonus payments for long – term contracts
