Quantity Surveyor vacancies in London

A multi-disciplined projects company are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor's to work in the London.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a position with our client with extensive international reach as they continue their expansion across new sectors and global regions throughout Ireland, UK, Scandinavia and Europe.

Responsibilities:
• Measuring from plan drawings and isometrics to produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities c/w labour hours and material costs
• Tracking costs and labour through the project
• Preparing costs for variations
• Producing monthly valuations
• Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & labour costs efficiency through the project
• Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account

Cerinte:

Candidates must have a Mechanical & Electrical background with excellent English.

Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2+ years in M&E or Main Contractor experience
• Degree in Construction Economics (Quantity Surveying), this qualification must be recognised throughout Europe.
• Candidates will be willing to travel on occasion
• Team player with a strong desire to further career
• Fluent English
