Boat laminators for Finland

Are you a detail-oriented person who wants to work in the production of high-quality motorboats? We are looking for workers to join our team in Kokkola for the spring 2026 season. We offer a stable working environment and the opportunity to develop into a top specialist in the field.

Available positions:

Spray-up laminators / fiberglass laminators (spray-up) – 2–4 positions
We require strong professional skills and previous experience in spray-up lamination. A high standard of workmanship and solid routine in the work process are highly valued.

Infusion and prepreg workers – 3–4 positions
Previous experience is an advantage, but attitude is the decisive factor.

Assemblers and outfitters – 2–4 positions
The position requires previous experience in assembly or outfitting work. Precision and attention to detail are essential for finishing high-quality products.

We offer:

Salary: €16.00–17.00/hour (depending on previous experience and skills)

Contract: in accordance with the collective labor agreement, open-ended

Start date: February–March 2026

Location: Kokkola, Finland
