JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Designer who is hungry to do the best work in their career, Someone who will champion the craft and raise the bar for excellence in visual and interaction design. The design tasks will be refreshingly varied, from creating stunning TV graphics to desktop and touch-based exposure. We want you to help craft and create presentations and case studies that amaze our current and future clients.
We're looking for someone who has strong views on what great work is. Someone who will put their stamp on everything they touch, someone who will make an impact in the creative department and wider company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successfully create design principals for a number of simultaneous projects
Spread the design gospel throughout the organisation
Create compelling and simple user interface (UI) designs
Learn about our products and services and key client areas
Coordinate with peer equivalents with the Creative department in Turin
Work collaboratively across all client-facing departments on current projects and new business proposals
Create and deliver pitches to current and future clients

An excellent portfolio
Recognised expertise in art direction and interaction design
Proven understanding of branding and core design principles
Exposure of designing applications on desktop, tablet and mobile
Comprehensive awareness of current and emerging web technologies and trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exposure of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Keynote, Powerpoint, After Effects
Exposure of prototyping tools (desirable)
