Prefabricated Concrete Workers

Responsibilities:
• Perform manual tasks in a prefabricated concrete factory (no machinery involved)
• Interpret and work from technical drawings
• Assemble and finish prefabricated concrete elements with precision
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Work overtime when required, including occasional Saturdays

Salary and Benefits:
• Free accommodation, local transport and insurance
• Gross Hourly Rate: €18.72 + 3.98% ADV per working hour
• Net Weekly Salary: Approximately €600 (includes housing and insurance)
• Overtime Rates:
o 125% for the first 3 hours of overtime
o 150% after 3 hours and on Saturdays
• Normal Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
• Proven experience in manual work in a prefabricated concrete factory
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Valid driving license
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work long-term in the Netherlands
