Job Description:

The role requires the candidate to provide Level 3 Check Point Firewall support to Enterprise clients.

Job Objectives:

• Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
• You will document and log all relevant resolutions in detail for future reference
• Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved

Cerinte:

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in working at Level 3 (over 5 years preferably)
• Needs to be certified in Check Point Firewall
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Windows 2008/2012 server administration
• Experience of Virtualization support and administration
• SAN/NAS installation, support
• Managing administrative duties and ticket documentation effectively and in a proactive way
• Thorough understanding of the following Microsoft technologies, i.e. Active Directory, DNS…, Windows OS, Exchange Server and Office 365 platform
• Advanced knowledge of IT security, such as software and hardware devices, VPN configuration and virus protection.
• Firewall and router support.
• Extensive Experience of Installation & System Administration of Windows 7/8 Experience of Routers, Firewalls and VPN Set-Up and Configuration
