Location: Romania, Cluj

Job Description
The Manager Information Security and Compliance is responsible for assuring the Integrity, Availability and Confidentiality of company digital assets managed through IT infrastructure and systems.
He/She provides management, leadership and strategic directions for Information Security and Compliance in cooperation with the Executive Team, Legal, HR and Corporate structure.
The Manager Information Security and Compliance is part of the European IT Management team and European Vice President IS/IT staff.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Impact and Risk Analysis
- Responsible to Develop and Maintain IT Service Continuity and Availability Plans
- Develop and Maintain Information Security Policies and control the correct use of the same
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to guarantee data integrity, availability and confidentiality
- Responsible for IT audit and resolution of deficiencies
- Responsible for internal and Legal compliance in accordance with SOX/European/Local laws
- Responsible for IT Record Retention compliance
- Responsible for Data Privacy compliance at European level

Cerinte:

School Background / Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computing platforms and information security disciplines
- Experience/working knowledge of industry-recognized security administration tools
- Experience with IT audits
- Strong command of English
- Self-disciplined detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional qualification
- Must be an IT professional that could demonstrate Integrity and Trust on top of being Politically Savvy with strong Ethics values
- Experience of working in a global environment
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 an advantage
- Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
