German/English Customer Service Executive

Your new Role:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, deal with phone queries promptly and efficiently
• Interact with a diverse client base and Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Perform all duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Cerinte:

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in spoken German and English is essential for this role.
• Proven customer support experience
• Exceptional communication skills essential including excellent listening skills, and the ability to maintain composure to positively deal with and resolve challenging customer queries.
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
